The Saint Pastou family has been producing Armagnac at the Château de Castex for the last 150 years. 

By using grapes exclusively from their own vines and with skilful distillation and management of their maturing stocks, this small Domaine has achieved a tremendous reputation for outstanding quality.

The attention to detail in the production of this superb spirit even extends to selecting wood from their own oak forest for cask manufacture.

Bright ochre/gold.  Honeyed raisins, chocolate, coffee and vanilla - a nose to die for.  Rich, with lots of toasted oak.

Very smooth and long with flavours of sweet oranges and vanilla.
